​Exclusively, commissioned artwork in the form of Emotes, Badges, and Logos  can be used for resale purposes. 

 

JayKay Graphics must be notified in advance if any artwork is being created for resale. 

 

Resale of “Merch”/Merchandise includes, but is not limited to: Clothing, Prints, Memorabilia, Magazines, Trading-cards, Digital Products, Consumables, and similar. 

 

Previously-commissioned artwork is also potentially eligible for resale use, however the customer must contact JayKay Graphics for approval. Certain extra charges may apply, and image resizing/format changes will likely be required. Contact JayKay Graphics for further details. 

 

​ARTWORK DERIVED FROM COPYRIGHT-PROTECTED CONTENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR RESALE OF ANY KIND (MERCHANDISE OR OTHERWISE) - NO EXCEPTIONS.

EMOTES & BADGES FOR RESALE USE

 

A separate invoice will be made for each Emote or Badge commissioned for resale.

 

Each Emote or Badge will be produced in the following format: 

500x500 pixels, 300 DPI, RBG, in PNG & JPG files

The price for individual Emote/Badge ownership is broken down by the number of Followers you have on your Twitch platform:

0000-1500 Followers =  2x      standard pricing per Emote/Badge

1501-3000 Followers =  2.5x  standard pricing per Emote/Badge

3001-5000 Followers =  3x     standard pricing per Emote/Badge

5001-8000 Followers =  3.5x  standard pricing per Emote/Badge

More than 8000 Followers =  Price per Emote/Badge is available by quote + Royalties may apply (Contact JayKay Graphics for more details)

 

​LOGOS FOR RESALE USE

 

A separate invoice will be made for each Logo commissioned for resale.

 

Each Logo will be produced in the following format: 

1500x1500 pixels, 300 DPI, RBG, in PNG & JPG files

TERMS OF SALE

 

Package-deal pricing is not available for artwork commissioned for resale use. All pieces will require a separate invoice at full price. 

 

Once ownership of the artwork has transferred to the client, no refunds/credits are permitted.

​

To protect the integrity of the artist’s final product/artwork, files will only be provided to the client in .PNG and .JPG formats.

 

MODIFICATIONS

 

If previously-commissioned artwork is to be modified for resale use, such modifications will constitute only image resizing and format changes - no changes to the original design of the artwork will be made. 

 

If previously-commissioned artwork must have design changes, an entirely new agreement/invoice is required. No post-sale editing of commissioned artwork used for resale will be possible under the original agreement of sale.

OWNERSHIP

 

Title of produced artwork will transfer to the client upon full and complete payment. 

 

For promotional purposes, JayKay Graphics reserves the right to showcase all commissioned pieces in its portfolio and social media platforms, both before and after the client has purchased ownership of the artwork.
